This lip-smacking creamy delight is a breeze to mix up and guaranteed to make your guests ask for more. All you need are a few OMP dill pickles, cream cheese, sour cream, and a few spices. Stir them all together, and voila! Your flavor-packed dip is ready for those crunchy chips.
Featuring crunchy diced pickles and fresh herbs, this dill pickle is perfect with salty potato chips, and veggies, or even as a sandwich and burger spread.

Ingredients: Serves 4-6
- 8 oz. cream cheese - softened to room temperature
- 2 Tbsp sour cream
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese - shredded
- 1/4 cup bacon - cooked & chopped
- 1-2 OMP Kosher Dill Pickles - chopped
- dash of pepper
- dash of garlic powder *optional
Instructions
To create simply mix softened cream cheese with chopped pickles, cheddar cheese and bacon. We like to add some black pepper to the mix, but feel free to add fresh dill, (or some of the dill you might find in your pickle pouch.
We find that our pickles are so well seasoned we don't need other spices, but you may want more garlic or onion flavor - so feel free to mix it up to create the best dill pickle dip recipe that's just right for you.
Cheddar Bacon Pickle Dip Ball
Make it better with bacon and cheese! Now, let's add a twist to the classic Dill Pickle Dip by transforming it into a scrumptious Dill Pickle Cheese Ball! Once you've mixed up your OMP dill pickle dip, shape this mixture into a ball.
But, here comes the fun part folks - roll this flavorful masterpiece in a combination of cooked, crushed bacon and shredded cheddar cheese, ensuring an even coating. The result? 2. Olive My Pickle's Dill Pickle Hummus
Kosher Dill Pickles or Garlic Pickles
For many years at the farmers market, our co-founder Shai would make and sell his pretty famous hummus. He said it's okay for us to share this family recipe here. We took it one step further and added chopped dill pickles and pickle juice. Now that's a fabulous probiotic dip.
Ingredients: Serves 6
- 1 1/2 cup chickpeas - sprouted and boiled is of course best, but if you need to use canned, go for it!
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil - plus more to drizzle when serving
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1-2 cloves OMP Fermented Garlic - this is our secret ingredient, plus what makes this hummus probiotic (you can absolutely use raw garlic if you don't have this on hand, but it won't be quite the same)
- 1 OMP Kosher Dill Pickle - chopped
- Boiling juices from the chickpeas (or the can) - use this instead of water to reach desired consistency/thickness (quantity depends on your desired results)
- pinch of cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix and serve hummus in a bowl with a generous garnish of chopped dill pickles on top, plus drizzle olive oil.

3. Fried Onion Pickle Dip

Take your love for crunch, onions and pickles to the next level with this unique combination. The tangy OMP Onion Pickle pairs wonderfully with the creamy dip and crunch crackers, creating a taste that's truly out of this world! There's plenty this dip can do, including replacing that old standard onion dip, plus this one is much better for you.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise - we like to use avocado oil based mayo
- 2 OMP Onion Pickles - chopped
- 1 tsp onions - chopped, we like to use the onions in the pickle pouch.
- 6-8 gluten free crackers - crunched
Instructions
Mix together sour cream, mayo, finely chopped pickles, and onions. Add to your bowl and top with crushed crackers. Serve with your favorite chips. We like avocado oil cooked chips from brands like Siete.
