What is Package Protection?
By selecting Package Protection your package is covered against loss, damage and/or theft. Olive My Pickle will not be liable for orders where the Pickle Protection option is disabled. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us for a resolution at hello@olivemypickle.com.
When will my order ship?
We typically ship orders from The Pickle Factory within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receipt. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when it ships.
Transit time to your house is not included within this 3-5 day window, you'll need to factor that in based on how long it takes a carrier to deliver from Jacksonville, Florida to your area.
How will my order ship?
Orders are typically shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS ground, depending on where it's going. Our team chooses the most efficient way to get your order to you.
Do ship internationally?
No, we are not able to ship fermented foods outside of the United States.
How does Local Pickup work?
Order online and choose Pick Up at The Pickle Factory at checkout. Orders are typically available to pick up within 2-4 hours. We advise ordering a day ahead of time. Your order will be in the Local Pickup fridge right by our front door. It's self access, so you can grab and go.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
