One box farfalle (a.k.a. bowtie pasta). We chose Jovial Gluten Free pasta - cooked al dente in boiling water

½ cup mixed cherry or heirloom tomatoes, sliced in half

1 can quartered artichoke hearts, drained

3/4 cup Olive My Pickle Veggie Medley - chopped

4 oz. salad dressing - see this blog

Optional: fresh basil or fresh cilantro as garnish

Instructions
- Boil pasta according to box directions, drain & rinse with cold water.
- Place cooked pasta in a large bowl, add dressing to coat noodles and mix.
- Slice olives and cherry tomatoes in half, add to bowl.
- Add 1 can artichoke hearts.
Add in chopped OMP Veggie Medley.
Toss with dressing and chill for 30 minutes in the fridge, this salad is best served cold.
