  • Locally Sourced

We source most of our vegetables from local farms. That means just a day or two between harvest and fermentation. This preserves phytonutrients and creates a more nutritious product.

  • Salt Water Brine

We use mineral-rich, pure and unrefined Mediterranean sea salt. It’s non-iodized and contains no caking agents or added preservatives.

  • Zero Vinegar or Sugar

Pickles containing vinegar or sugar are not lactic acid fermented and therefore are not a probiotic, gut-healthy pickle. Period.

    Raw & Unpasteurized

Some call it ‘wild fermentation’ because it creates an abundant growth of natural, live probiotics. Pasteurization would kill these live cultures, so we don’t do it.

JUST LIKE I REMEMBER

“So glad that I found these pickles, crisp, crunchy and all natural. Real pickles again. Just like I remember as a kid, and what a difference in my digestive tract!”

Marianne W.

THIS IS EMBARASSING.

"A pickle that would embarrass all those that would call themselves pickles. Reminiscent of my grandmother's pickles I haven't eaten for decades."

Poet R.

The "new" superfoods.

(Well, not quite new. But definitely super.)

How to Eat Fermented Foods

It's a lifestyle, not a fad or a phase.

Consistently eating probiotic foods over the course of your life is the key to optimal results. A serving size, 3 times a day is about right.

Mix it up.

Consume an abundant variety of ferments. Each one has a unique microbial profile and your gut thrives on this biodiversity.

Breakfast. Lunch. Dinner. Snacks.

Because 70% of your energy is spent on digestion, when you eat ferments with meals, their enzymes aid this process. The result is more energy for you.

A bit too hot, but extremely tasty

I can't eat one of these pickles by itself. It seems the older I get, the less tolerance I have for heat (10 years ago, I would have probably found the heat to be just right). However, I find that if I eat one along with something not hot and spicy, I can handle it just fine. I have discovered that a spicy dill pickle is the perfect compliment to my Reuben sandwich (which I now use Olive My Pickle's sauerkraut on - a real game changer, for sure).

    The perfect lunch

I had just received my Olive My Pickle order, and nothing could pair better with my Coney Island Greek Dogs, chips.

    Very Disappointed

I really wanted to like these, but aside from the taste not being for me, I've never seen pickles with bright green spots. Only ate one that looked fine but will likely not eat more. Waste of money.

    Hi Bwr,

The green spots you see are actually naturally occurring on cucumbers. We call them freckles and they are common in cucumbers.

We understand they might look strange looking bright green but they are safe to consume.

    Peace & Pickles 🥒✌️

    These are great!

I had never tasted real fermented pickles before this shipment. I loved them. My new favorite pickle. I’ll probably never eat another kind of pickle again.
