Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes until fork tender, 15-25 mins depending on size. Drain.

  2. Separate Green Beans from it’s brine. Keep at least ¼ cup brine for salad dressing.

  3. Toss Green Beans, potatoes, Kalamata Olives, brine and olive oil.

  4. Add salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice to your desired taste. Serve and enjoy!
