Instructions
Open the bag of sauerkraut and strain the brine. We recommend saving it for later for drinking or making dressings!
Chop the pickles and red onion and add into a large bowl with the sauerkraut.
Drizzle the olive oil and 1-2 TBSP of the brine from the sauerkraut into the bowl.
Toss to coat.
